Do you clean before or after office hours?
Both. Most contracts run either early morning before staff arrive or after close in the evening. We work around whichever suits your team, including keyholding where that’s agreed.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, all products, cloths and equipment are supplied as part of the contract. If your building has specific product restrictions, tell us on the walkthrough and we’ll work to them.
Can you match our existing cleaning specification?
Yes. If you already have a spec sheet from a previous provider, send it over and we’ll quote against it directly rather than starting from scratch.
What happens if the cleaner is unavailable one week?
You’re told in advance and the visit is rescheduled promptly, rather than a gap appearing on the rota with no notice.
