Cookies are small text files, and "local storage" is a similar browser feature, used to remember information about your visit. This page explains what this website uses, and how to change your preference at any time. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

Analytics and marketing
We use first-party analytics only. When you answer the cookie banner, we add one to a daily count of people who accepted or declined analytics; that count holds nothing about you (no IP address, ID or cookie). The tracker only runs if you accept analytics, and sends visit information to our own website backend: page path and title, how long the page was open (a short signal every 15 seconds while it is on screen), taps on our phone, WhatsApp or email links, how quickly the page loaded and responded, which step of the contact form or quote chat you reached (not what you typed), referring site and any campaign tags in the link, browser/device type, and a bot/human signal. With each visit our backend also records your IP address and the approximate location Cloudflare derives from it. See our Privacy Policy for why and for how long. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, heatmaps or session replay. If we add advertising or marketing trackers in future, we'll list them here and they will only run after you choose "Accept all," or turn that category on, in the cookie banner.
Third-party embeds and links
The coverage map on our homepage loads map tiles live from OpenStreetMap. This doesn't set a cookie, but as with any embedded map it's a genuine request to a third-party server, which will see the IP address of your device when the map loads — see OpenStreetMap's own privacy policy for details.
Links on this site to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp take you to third-party platforms with their own cookies and privacy practices, which are outside our control. Check their own cookie and privacy policies before using them.
Managing your preference
You can change your choice at any time using the button below, or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies and local storage using your browser's own settings, though doing so may affect how some sites — not just this one — work for you.
